Traidcraft has been running trips for over 20 years and now to visit Fair Trade producers in the developing world.
It calls them “Meet the People Tours” – a chance to visit marginalised Fair Trade producers in their workshops, their homes homes as well as visiting sites of historic interest.
Think of them as inspiring Fair Trade holidays and a chance to meet the actual, real people behind the products.
You’ll learn something of the different cultures, visit development projects and sites of interest, meet a wide variety of people and have your ideas of developing countries challenged.
These tours are, in fact, much more than just a holiday!
Choose from visiting communities and cooperatives in Latin America. Or maybe tours in Cuba, or journey through stunning landscapes and cultural capitals visiting farmers using traditional, ingenious techniques in Chile?
To find out more about these amazing trips check out meet the people tours.
