I`m asked this a lot….. “Why should I buy from The FAIR Trade Store?”
Good question!
After all, there are plenty of other online retailers out there who sell Fair Trade products or ethical gifts.
Or maybe you’re a fan of Primark, ASOS or John Lewis?

Each product page features a “Delivery” and “Returns” information section, so you are in no doubt as to how your order will get to you and what to do if you change you change your mind.

There will also be information about the Fair Trade artisans or producers who have made the product. Compare that to the likes of Matalan. No wonder they can sell such big bags for only £10

You can view digital quality images for every item. Some feature shots from multiple angles.

I pride myself on providing images that exactly match the actual product, so you won’t be disappointed when your order arrives.

I am also experimenting with “lifestyle” shots to give you inspiration on how you can create the perfect fashion look.

4/ Search Finder
Use the “Search the store” box at the top of every page on our website to find exactly what you are looking for.

Simply type in the word or phrase you are interested in and hit your “enter” key – the relevant search results should be then clearly displayed.

5/ Easy to Follow Checkout Process
After much research and a great deal of customer feedback, I have carefully designed the “Checkout” process to make it quick, easy (and secure) for you to complete your purchase.
You can pay with debit or credit cards, or PayPal. Simples!

I am proud to be a small, independent, family-owned business that has survived the worst (we hope) of the economic recession – and have been trading out of Southport, Merseyside successfully since February, 2009.

I aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days. As a small business I keep my eye on the ball and respond to all orders or queries quickly and personally.
